She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Vaughan and Anne Mitchell Vaughan; and her sisters, Betty J. Kirk and Paula Storey. She is survived by: her children, Tom Hart (Wendy) of High View, WV and Leslie Mattingly (Jimmy) of High View, WV. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
