He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley Scruggs and Flora Hayslette Scruggs. He is survived by: his wife Georgia; and his sons, Charles (Linda) of Meadow Bridge, Lee of Lewisburg and Bill (Tammy) of Nettie. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wallace Memorial Cemetery (16155 Midland Trail W, Crawley, WV 24931).
