He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Lilly and Rose Cottle Lilly; his wife Gladys Swepston Lilly; and his siblings, Avenell Mae Lilly, Louise Allen, Naomi Wood, Christine Lilly, Leota Solacz, Viola Buckland, Ralph Lilly, Edgar Lilly, John Lilly and Roland "Buster" Lilly.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Lilly (Karen) of White Pine, TN and David Lilly (Katie) of Pensacola, FL; his granddaughters, Sarah Walker (Ivan) and Anna Walker (Brad); and his great grandchildren, Ashley Dennis, Jaxon Dennis and Lincoln Walker.
