She is survived by: her significant other Gary Dale Ward; her sons, Jeffery D. Ward (Dianna Horton) and Scottie L. Ward (Cindy Schuster); her grandchildren, Santana, Brooklyn, Chelsea, Clay, Jeffery, Dustin, Kassie, Katlin, Chance and Melvin; and her sisters, Wanda Phillips and Margaret Ward (Roy). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
