He was predeceased by : his mother Emma Marie Shrader Petrey; and his siblings, Gary Wayne Foster, Danny Foster, Joey Foster, Ricky Foster, Dana Blankenship, Alice Sprouse and Kathy Foster.
He is survived by : his wife Lynn Foster; his daughters, Brittany Foster and Chassity Smith; his grandchildren, Rylan and Stela Smith; and his brother Kenny Meadows (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
