It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edgar Baker of Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Eugene Baker and Marcella Medley Baker. He is survived by : his siblings-in-law, Mischa Carter of Washington, DC and Greg Gibbs (Greg Greenwood) of Bethesda, MD.. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings.
