He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Surbaugh and Margaret Tate Surbaugh; and his brothers, Richard Darnell Surbaugh and John Surbaugh. He is survived by: his daughter Sara Surbaugh; his grandchildren, Shaelynn and Liam; his siblings, Patricia Graham (Cecil), Debra Meador (Roger), Teresa Surbaugh, Brenda Allen (Jeff), Regina Trout and Keith Surbaugh (Kim); and his friend Laura Reece.
