He is survived by: his wife Nancy Eubank; his children, Michael Craig Eubank (Jill) and Ann Eubank Shiflett (Michael Paul); and his stepdaughters, Emily Boles (Preston) and Kathleen Ramos (Theodore). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, and nephews.
