He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Meadows and Elizabeth Rose Martin Meadows; his wife Janie Morris Meadows; and his siblings, Junior Meadows and Sharon Kay Meadows.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph W. Meadows and Stacy A. Meadows; his grandchildren, Crystal LeeAnn Meadows, Joseph W. Meadows Jr. and Toni Lee Meadows; and his great grandchild Adley Collison.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Martin Family Cemetery.
