He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Dean Adkins Sr. and Genivieve Ward Adkins; and his brother Arthur Dale Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Deloris J. Williams Adkins; his son Ronnie Dale Williams (Margie); his grandchildren, Todd Williams (Michaela), Katie McGuire, Andy Sampson, Terry Sampson, Shawnie Whitaker and Brianna Whitaker; his great grandchildren, Bryan Jones, Brynleigh Jones, Makayla Williams, Natalie Sampson, Derby Sampson and Elijah Sampson; his brother Donald "Doc" Adkins (Sarah); and his nieces, Amy Adkins and Allison Adkins.
