He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hubert and Mary Carol Buckland Meadows; and his brother Mark Timothy Meadows. He is survived by: his sister Donna K. Kincaid Belcher (Rex A.); his niece Melissa Kramer (Brian); and his nephew Frank Steven Trent. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel (130 Temple St, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
