She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Collins and Mary Fraley Collins; her husband Jerry Scott; and her siblings, David, Glen Collins, Peggy, Linda Carr and Janice Collins.

She is survived by : her sons, Roger Bower (Michelle) of Niles, MI and David Bower (Jessica) of Lewisburg, WV; her grandchildren, Brittany Collins of Bunnell, FL, Tristan Bower of Niles, MI, Hunter and Emma Bower of Lewisburg, WV; and her former life partner Reggie Bower of Lewisburg, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
