He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Krista and Jamie (Tabitha); his siblings, Aaron Goins (Sandy), Sandy Honaker (Butch), Linda Speiden, Becky Browder (Jim) of North Carolina, Debby Wallish (Mike) of Georgia and Mary Beth Merritt (Robbie); his sister-in-law Leisa Moten of Athens, WV.; his nieces and nephews, Susan Wolfgang, Jessica Lawrence (Chris), Rob Goins (Trish), Tom Honaker, Todd Honaker (Darlene), Donna Speiden Palmore, Carrie North (Jeff), Nathan Merritt, Zack Merritt, Eric (Rick), Puckett (Molly) and Jay Moten (Amanda); and his great-niece Shanleigh.
