It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ramona Sue Meadows of Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Gwinn and Edna Meadows Gwinn; her husband Bobby L. Meadows, Sr.; her children, Bobby L. Meadows, Jr., Melissa Smith, Dedra Steers and Judy Willey; and her brother Allen Gwinn.

She is survived by : her son Russell Meadows of Hilldale. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
