He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Willey and Anna Butler Willey; his wife Alma Jean Mann Willey; and his children-in-law, Jimmy Fuller and Brenda Willey.
He is survived by: his children, David Willey (Linda) of Pipestem, WV, Dianne Majerick (Robert) of Eden, NC and Karen Fuller of Hilldale, WV.. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pivont Funeral Home Chapel (100 Park Ave, Hinton, WV 25951). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keaton Cemetery.
