She was predeceased by : her parents, John V. Grimmett, Sr. and Eva P. Abbott Grimmett; her husbands, Robert Dillon and Thomas Stanley; and her siblings, John V. Grimmett, Jr., Robert Grimmett, William Grimmett, Margaret Richmond, Ella Jean Martin and Ruby Wilson.

She is survived by : her sister Helen L. Mock; her sisters-in-law, Wanda Grimmett and Pauline Angell; her nieces, Linda Turner and Donna Bowles; and her close friend James "Jimmy" Lilly.
