She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bradley Blevins and Helen Blevins; her grandparents, Charles and Bessie Blevins; her children, Jason Tincher, Amanda Tincher and Roni Leigh Sheppard; her husband Victor Cassedy; her daughter Bettye Jeane Phillips; her grandchildren, Justin, Brittany, Braxtyan, Lilly, Danielle, Amber and Jason; her great grandchildren, Addison, Aubrey, Aria and Jaxon; and her siblings, Alice Masters (Charles), Phillip Blevins (Tammy), David Blevins and Sarah Blevins. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Blevins Family Cemetery. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
