He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Rollins and Gracie M. Beller Rollins; his wife Frances Rollins; his sons, Carl V. Rollins and Gary Scott Rollins Sr.; and his siblings, Betty Scott, Kathryn Rollins, Denver Rollins and Vernon "Dencil" Rollins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lora Turner (Keith) of Chesapeake, OH and Chrissie Rollins of Winfield; his sister Louise Davis of Poca; his grandchildren, Scott Rollins Jr., April Rollins Montgomery (Jesse), Kelly Donahue, Alyssa Rollins, Bryson Barnet and Aubree Nash; and his great grandchildren, Ella Donahue, Owen Montgomery, Vincent Montgomery and Braylynn Meade. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
