He was predeceased by : his parents, Cephus Estep and Nancy Foster Estep; his daughter Deronda Cottrell; and his granddaughter Jassamine Estep. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Estep; and his children, Belinda Workman, Donna Cavender, Patricia Thompson, John Estep II (Debbie), Tony Estep (Shari), Tina Harper (Ernie), Sarah Cottrell (Billy), Brandon Estep and Justin Estep. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and caring friends.
