He is survived by: his nephews, Jack Keen (Jennifer Worthington) of Horner and Gary Alan Keen of Clay; his niece Jamie Slinger (Jared McCune) of Quaker City, OH; his great-nieces, Heaven McCune of Rittman, OH, Violet Slinger of Quaker City and Paisley Worthington of Horner; his great-nephew Jameson Keen of Horner; and his brother Gary Keen (Cindy).
