He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bennett Duncan and Ruth Velma Ice Duncan; and his siblings, Bessie Lucille Duncan and Jerry Lee Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Lou Shuman Duncan of Hundred; his children, Linda Duncan of New Martinsville, Sandra Kay Duncan of Hundred and David Scott Duncan (Deidre) of Rivesville; and his grandchildren, Paul Bryce Duncan, Samuel Gage Duncan and Jahnvi Duncan.
