In the sacred silence of farewell, Dorothy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Dorothy's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles of Glady's Mae Yost Durbin; her sister Kimberly Beth; and her significant other Albert Kyle. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Starcher of Meadowland and A. J. Kyle of Fairmont, W. V.; her siblings, Della Mastromarino (Frank) of Fayetteville, N. C. and Kermit Durbin; and her granddaughters, Miss Audrey and Katherine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (4093 Dragon Hwy, Cameron, WV 26033). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Noon.
