She was predeceased by: her parents, Jearold Hostutler and Nora Madge Straight Hostutler; her sisters, Paula Jo Dunham and Lynette Hostutler; and her sons, Kody Fordyce and Dale Fordyce.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Fordyce of New York, Daniel Fordyce of Hundred and Randy Fordyce of Fairmont; and her siblings, James D. Hostutler of Kodol and Mary Ann Streets of Wileyville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
