He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Williams and May Medley Williams; his wife Dolores Jean Frazier Williams; his daughter Sharon Gale Williams; and his siblings, Harlan Williams, Leonard Williams, Lucille Haelmeiggie and Dorothy Smallridge.
He is survived by: his son Stephen Williams; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Lucas Williams of Tampa, Florida; his grandchildren, Jessica Williams James (Steven Edward James) and Jared Anthony Williams (Stephanie Hamilton Williams); his great grandchildren, Remy Lane Williams, Jared, Stephanie Williams and Caleb Edward James; his great-grandparent Steven James; and also Jessica.
