He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Zollie Carter and Mae Thompson Carter; his wife Mabel Sanders Carter; his siblings, Charles, Bill, Mennis Carter and Wilma Saunders; his daughter Linda Carter Bias (Larry); and his grandson Lee Allen Bias (Nikki) of Huntington.
