She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert and Hazel Wallace Tomblin; her husband Joe P. Rardin; and her siblings, Mabel Frazier, Irene Varney, Betty Scarberry, Viola Farris, Gerri Thompson, Evelyn Bryant, Freda "Connie" Jackson, Norma Lee Tomblin Williamson, Ernest Tomblin and Oscar Tomblin.
She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Rardin Gilaspy (John) and James Randall Rardin (Linda); her brothers, Bill Tomblin (Helma) of Lavalette, WV and Gary Tomblin (Judy) of Mobile, AL; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Rardin, David Rardin, Jennifer DeLong, Lauren Gilaspy and Rachel Gilaspy. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
