It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Locey of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Locey; his grandmother Jones Wallace; and his brother Terry Dingess. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Fuller; and his siblings, Jamie Acord (Charles) and Jerry Dingess (Sheila). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
