He is survived by: his children, James Thompson (Shirl) and Kathy McKinney (Jack); his adoptive daughter Jessica Thompson-Hart (Brian); his granddaughters, Kim Wellman (Tommy), Jeanna Thompson and Christa Barta (Casey); his great grandchildren, Aly, Ryder, Hannah, Bailee, Brynlee and Brylee; his sisters, Betty Knop and Peggy Smith; and his close friend Bonnie. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
