She is survived by : her husband Jim Butcher; her children, Jim Butcher II (Karen) of Madison, Bill Butcher (Amber) of Wayne and Michelle Plumley (Todd) of Hamlin; her grandchildren, Evan Butcher (Allie) of Barboursville, Jonathan Butcher of Barboursville, Ryan Butcher of Madison, Jenna Butcher of Madison, Mason Plumley of Hamlin, Emily Butcher of Wayne and Luke Butcher of Wayne; her brothers, Mike Stapleton (Topper) of Texas and Phillip Stapleton (Bobbie) of Huntington; her brother-in-law Dick Loudermilk; and her nieces and nephews, Warren Loudermilk of Huntington, Christy Castle (Mike) of Wayne, Kim Varney (Steve) of South Point, Phil Stapleton Jr. of Proctorville and Shelly Stapleton of Hawaii.
