He is survived by : his wife Denise Jeffery Johnson; his children, Christian Taylor and Sophia Grace Johnson; his sister Jenette Johnson; his nephews, Jose Guzman (Maddie) and Christian Hardy; his niece Morgan Johnson; his great-niece Gia Paige Guzman; his sister-in-law Angela Clare (Greg); his niece Libbi Milam; his great-nephews, Zeke and Mac Milam; and his close friends, Smitty and Judah.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Expression Church (115 Cheshire Way, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
