He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Brumfield and Mary Ann "Billie" Brumfield; and his aunt Louise Carey (Thompson). He is survived by: his sister Phoebe Lee Watts; his brother-in-law Carl E. Watts; and his nephews, Edward L. Watts and Daniel T. Neal.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel (1135 US-60, P. O. Box 907, Ceredo, WV 25704). A procession was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Docks Creek Cemetery.
