It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wade Jennings Morrison Jr. of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on July 28, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Jennings and Sophia Bias Morrison; and his siblings, Walter, Herbert, Paul, Richard, LeRoy, Ada, Lucy Ruth and Lesta.

He is survived by: his wife Opal Mahon Morrison; his son Wade Jennings Morrison, II (Melissa); his grandchildren, Hannah and JW; and his siblings-in-law, Jim and Vickie Pelfrey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
