She is survived by: her children, Billy Phillips (Rebecca) of Midway, WV, Kevin Phillips (Staci) of Herndon, WV, Greg Phillips (Danita) of Crab Orchard, WV and Debbie Allen (JB) of Hurricane, WV; her grandchildren, Casey Phillips, Zach Phillips, Haley Phillips, Brandon Phillips, Blake Phillips, Gil Phillips, Miranda Phillips and Bailee Lusk; her great grandchildren, Jarred Phillips, Brooklyn Phillips, Jayden Phillips, Kaydense Phillips, Raelynn Phillips, Casey Phillips, Jr., Jaxton Cook, Jazzlynn Cook and Nathan Swartz; and her siblings, Ethel Belcher, Tom, Russell and David Buchanan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
