He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Sapp and Lizzy Sapp (Powell); and his sisters-in-law, Connie Sapp (Gary) and Karen Sapp (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Connie Sapp of Hurricane, WV; his children, Eric Sapp (Patty) of Lexington, SC, Kristina Heasley (Ron) of Paden City, WV and Alisa Sapp of Hurricane, WV.; his grandchildren, Eric Sapp (Aubrey) of Forest Acres, SC, Amanda Maleski (Nate) of St. Clairsville, OH, Zach, Aaron and Katrina Heasley of Paden City, WV.; his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Raegan Sapp and Bryson Maleski; and his siblings, William Sapp (Helena), Gary Sapp (Rose), James Sapp (Lynn), Sue Anderson (Dan), Rick Sapp (Penny), Nancy Raper (Tim), Chuck Sapp and Tony Sapp (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
