She was predeceased by: her son James David Perry (Leon Kirk); and her parents, Cary Epperly and Mamie Ballengee Epperly. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Perry of Cross Lanes and Timothy Perry (Annie) of Texas; and her sisters, Carrie Jo Thompson and Margaret Adkins of Hinton, WV. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
