He is survived by: his son Earin Kerwood (Ashley) of Hurricane, WV; his grandchildren, Jenny Martin, Earin "Bub" Kerwood (Gianna), Zane Kerwood, Malachi Kerwood, Lilly Bright, Brantley Bright and Kassidy Bright; his great grandchildren, Ja'Kai Toole and Dario Martin II; his siblings, Bonnie Holley and Kevin Lain; and his brother-in-law Powell of Hurricane, WV.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (3941 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, WV 25526). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
