She was predeceased by : her parents, Yeoman Wade and Arvella Wade of Hurricane, WV.. She is survived by : her children, Calvin Smith, Terry Chapman, Roger Doneff, Alan Doneff and Doris Maynard; and her brother Roger Wade (Jimmy). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
