He is survived by: his wife Sarah Flick of Hurricane; his children, Maxwell Flick of Hurricane and Molly Flick of Hurricane; and his siblings, Amanda Watkins (Joseph) of Somerset, PA and Steven Flick (Kimberly) of Shankville, PA. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
