He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ginn and Hester Ginn of Lincoln County, WV.; his wife Helen G. Ginn; his children, Billy Joe Ginn and Lora Jane Ginn; his former wife Clara J. Padavick; and his siblings, Jack Ginn, Audrey Harden and Betty Stowers.

He is survived by: his daughter Hope Ann Story (David) of Culloden, Two; his grandchildren, Tyler Story (Brandy) and Kathryn Adamson (Nathan); his siblings, Tony Ginn of Culloden, Marshall Ginn (Brenda), Mike Ginn and Phyllis Bush (Gary) of Hurricane; and his caregivers, Andrea, Linda Burns, Kate Lindgren, Yvonne Ginn and Johnny. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many Nieces and Nephews.
