She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Fizer and Martha Fizer (Sergent); her brothers, Jim, Gene, Leonard, Dave and Larry Fizer; and her grandparents, James, Jenny Fizer (Curry), Homer and Lucy Sergent (Salmons).

She is survived by: her husband Warren Ray Allen Sr.; her children, DeAnna Hatfield (Dennis) and Junior Allen (Christie); her grandchildren, Jennifer Starkey (Al), Lynda McKendree (Chad), Emily Brisco (Isaiah) and Dennis Hatfield II (Jessica); her siblings, Phyllis Rice, Bertie Fizer, Joyce Howerton, Christina Byrd (Ted), Beverly Jones, Darrell Fizer (Doris), Curtis Fizer, Randell Fizer (Donna) and Randy Fizer (Delores); and her close friend Mary Bird. She is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
