She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Gilfilen and Janice Lou Hodges Gilfilen; her son Larry Michael Dailey; and her brother Joe Gilfilen. She is survived by: her husband John Davis; her children, Stephenie Freeman (Matthew) and Scott Davis (Georgie); her stepchildren, Christy Germany, Tessa Davis and John Davis Jr.; her siblings, Brenda Gilfilen Ginn (Marshall) of Hurricane, Verda Gilfilen Myers, Carla Gilfilen Flynn (Jerry) of Eleanor, Brett Gilfilen of Hurricane and Rex Gilfilen of New Haven; and her aunt Linda Hodges Porreca. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Allen Funeral Home (2837 Main St, Hurricane, WV 25526). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
