She is survived by: her husband Frank Paul Wingo; her daughter Melissa Melton; her son-in-law Billy Melton; her grandmother Kaylee Melton; her siblings, Helena Pieh (Danny) and Don McCallister, Jr. (Nancy); her brother-in-law Larry Wingo (Michelle); and her close friend Patty Thomasson.
Penny Jean (McCallister) Wingo, 67, of Hurricane went home to be with her Lord on March 22, 2023 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
