She is survived by: her children, Gary Amick (Kathi) of Hurricane and Brenda Corbett (Barry) of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Aaron Amick (Tara), Todd Amick (Mikhaela), Kalynn Willey (Tony) and Danielle Mackie (Beau); and her great grandchildren, Colton, Tessa, Camdyn, Brenna, Sawyer, Breelyn, Daren, Ryella and Beau Daniel.
In lieu of flowers, family request donations be made to St. Judes Research Children's Hospital.
