He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Barrett and Virginia Cummings Barrett; his sister Donna Taylor; and his grandson Kevin Caleb Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Tassa Wanna Gibson Barrett; and his sons, Randy (Judy) of Winfield and Kevin (Chris) of South Charleston. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (2837 Main St, Hurricane, WV 25526). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
