He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Tincher (Michael) of Hurricane and Rhonda Banks; his siblings, Londall Spurlock, Darrell Spurlock (Teresa) of Kenova, Vicky Blankenship (Steve) of Kenova and Cheryl Plymale (George) of Kenova; his grandchildren, Tori, Sarah Tincher of Hurricane and Cody Ashworth of Sissonville; and his great grandchildren, Jamie, Jack Spurlock of Braxton County and Annabelle Gill of Ripley. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
