He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Randell Duncan and Dorthy Jean Duncan; and his siblings, Cathreine Tucker and Charles Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Marie; his sons, Jason Duncan and Wesley Duncan of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Avery, Emmy, Wyatt and Elliot Duncan; and his siblings, Norma Jean Taylor Sharon (David), Carolyn Mynes and Calvin Duncan (Teresa).
