She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Chapman and Jean Chapman; her former husband Norman Laliberty; her son Joshua Roy; her sister Kathy Jackman; her uncle Mike Chapman; her aunt Linda Chapman; and her brother-in-law Shawn Laliberty.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Perry; her children, Bryana Laliberty and Timmy Perry (Kaitlan); her grandchildren, Heather McClure, Gavin, Gage, Corbin, Adrian, Evelyn, Ben and Jake; her stepmother Dorothy Chapman; her parents-in-law, Larry and Karen Perry; her siblings, T. C. Chapman (Janice), Valerie Curry (Charlie) and Brent Perry (Ellen); her uncle Keith Chapman; and her close friends, Crystal Perry, Christi Roach-White, Natalie Laliberty Richardson and Jamie Ritchie. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers.
