He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Garrett and Vanalene Garrett; his brother Ronnie Wayne Garrett; and his wife Sandra Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Wayne Garrett, Daniel Dillon and Christina Bowman; his grandchildren, Jacob, Kaleb Dillon, Jenna and Emily Bowman; his great grandchild Blakely Ratliff; and his siblings, Randy Garrett and Carolyn Wood. He is also survived by 3 nieces.
