Virginia Dunlap Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur "Nello" Dunlap; her parents, Charles Coulter and Virginia Coulter; her children, Mark (Kim) and Cheryl Foster (L. D.); her grandchildren, Josh, Cody Dunlap, Tyler Foster and Chantil Caldwell (Stephen); and her brother William Coulter.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (2837 Main St, Hurricane, WV 25526). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Forrest Burdette Memorial Methodist Church (2848 Putnam Ave, Hurricane, WV 25526).
