He is survived by: his sisters, Emily Martin of Mill Creek and Sandy Hoover of Huttonsville; and his children, Ottis Junior Louk of Jacksonville, FL, Barbara Ellen Louk of Huttonsville, Sharon Diane Sirmans of Ray City, GA, Donald Lee Louk (Tiffany) of Huttonsville and Jeffrey Paul Louk (Nicole) of Dailey.
